Training Programs

Due to the digital and educational nature of our training materials, all training purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Conferences and Events

Conference registrations are non-refundable.

Registrations may be transferred to another attendee by written request submitted no later than seven (7) days before the event.

Service Appointments

Cancellation policies for notary, fingerprinting, and related services may vary and will be communicated at the time of booking.

No-shows may be subject to fees.

Event Cancellation

If Noire Luxe Concierge LLP cancels an event, attendees may receive a refund, credit, or transfer option at our discretion.
